Definitions of terms in evaluations:
Average/Mean: The Average can range from 1.0 (if everyone strongly disagreed with the statement) to 4.0 (if everyone strongly agreed with the statement). Higher numbers indicate more positive responses.
Positive Response: "Positive Response" is the combination of "Strongly Agree" and "Agree".
Percentages: The Percentages for each item are calculated based on the number who answered the item.
